For us it is a deciding advantage to have developed coating processes and constructed coating lines based on our own know-how. Our formidably equipped R&D department is responsible for five decades of production experience, meeting the latest in coating techniques. Holding 10 patents for coating light metals and graphite show the innovative potential of our highly qualified staff. They are the first contact for our customers and develop the most cost efficient and effective plating techniques.
We run numerous tests and try different alternatives before starting high volume production with the ideal method. Development however does not take long – flexibility and expert knowledge has always been our leading strength.
During production we constantly run quality checks. Using the latest in analysis technology we can constantly check on the electrolyte belts and thus ensure a stable production process and consistently high coating quality. In addition we regularly run coat – and corrosion tests.
The foundation of all our innovations are highly educated chemists and plating engineers working in optimally equipped laboratories in an environment allowing innovation and creativity.
